Site Location

Our Vision For Millenium Mills

Our site design seeks to meet the needs of current and future communities through a sustainable and culturally enriching development.

The comfort and security of the community is our design teams top priority, which we hope to deliver by revitalising the Millenium Mills site. Our design celebrates the Docklands area, with all elements of the development mirroring key features of the area's identity.

Site Objectives

Mixed use

To offer both commercial and residential space, attracting a diverse range of companies and communities, transforming the Royal Docks into a vibrant and sustainable centre.

Distinct identity

Creating places with a clear and distinctive character by drawing from the area's rich history, allows for a greater sense of identity within the site and its future communities.

Sustainability

To improve the site by employing holistic sustainable development, with a focus on environmental sustainability through greater use of green infrastructure, working towards a healthier and more prosperous future urban environment.

Connecting the community

To foster a diverse community of new and existing residents, providing a safe and desired environment for people to meet, live, work and play.

Infrastructure

Establish strong connections within the site and its surrounding areas by improving on and providing new infrastructure opportunities.

Relationship to water

Build on the access to the vast waterfront of the site, by activating it to public use through waterfront activities.
